Thomas Keller can rightly be termed as a king in the restaurant world; chefs and palettes quiver are thought to shiver at the mere mention of his name. Keller first attracted the world's attention in 1992 when he founded the famous French Laundry Restaurant in Yountville, California. Ad Hoc, Per Se, and Bouchon followed soon after. Per Se and the French Laundry are among the ten Michelin Three Star Restaurants in the U.S. (Snider).
